D-dimer detection card
This test card is used for quantitative determination of D-dimer in human serum, plasma or whole blood in vitro.
D-dimer is a specific degradation product of fibrin monomer crosslinked by activation factor XIII and hydrolyzed by plasmin.
It is a specific marker of fibrinolysis process. Among the degradation products of fibrinolytic protein, only D-dimer cross-linked fragments can reflect the thrombolytic activity after thrombosis.
The increased level of D-dimer indicates the frequent degradation of fibrin in vivo.

Cautions
1. Test must comply with thelaboratory management norms,and strict to prevent cross contamination.All samples and all kinds of waste should be disposed as the infection.2. Read the instructions carefully before operation,in strict accordance with the manual operating procedures, different batches of reagent and test strip cannot mix,keep the kit in dry and clean place.
3. Pipetting sample should be slow and accurate.
4. After pipetting the sample,put the test strip on the laboratory bench,waiting for reaction.
5. The reaction time is 15 minutes,error is less than 1 minute.
Inspection Methods
1. The sample needs to be diluted 100 times with sample diluent buffer before using.
2.Take out the test strip at room temperature(18-28℃),flat on the table.
3.Take out the IC card,put the IC card on inductive position of analyzer,and the system will read the information of standard curve in the card and save it in the analyzer.
4.Select the curves which are consistent with the project and the batch number information before testing.
5.Pipe 50ul diluted sample in each test strip,wait 10 minutes at the room temperature,and then insert into the Savant- 100 analyzer for testing,the instrument automatically calculate and show the sample concentration.
Reference Value
Through verification of 180 cases clinical samples,the kit establish its own normal reference value.
Reference normal value:<0.5μg/ml
