The cfDNA sample storage tube can be used directly for the collection and transportation of blood samples and to stabilize the cfDNA (CellFree DNA). The storage solution in the product is composed of EDTA anticoagulant and special protective agents, which can effectively inhibit nucleases in plasma and avoid the release of genomic DNA from blood nucleated cells. After collecting blood samples by using a cfDNA sample storage tube, the cfDNA can be stably stored at 6-37℃ for up to 14 days, which greatly facilitates the transportation and storage of blood samples. The blood samples of cfDNA samples in the storage tube can be extracted for cfDNA according to most commercial kits, and the extracted cfDNA can be applied for downstream detection and analysis. The product can also be used for the preservation of genomic DNA in blood-nucleated cells.


1. This product is a PET tube, and certain protection measures should be taken during operation and transportation.
2. This product is suitable for storing 5 ml of blood, and requires soft needles for blood collection. Too much or excessive blood collection will lead to an inappropriate ratio of blood / protective agent to achieve the optimal performance of the product.
