RNA Storage Tube
Preserved at room temperature (15-25℃). After putting the sample, put the different temperature according to the storage time, see the table in the manual.
Each product contains 5 ml RNA of sample storage solution, which can directly save small volumes of fresh tissue samples. During the operation, there is no need to prepare the collection tube. Put the treated tissue fragments of about 1 cm3 and the thickness of less than 0.5 cm directly into the storage tube, and the sample can be completely immersed in the sample storage liquid in the tube, which is convenient and quick. The RNA sample preservation solution in the sample preservation tube is a novel RNA stabilization agent that can rapidly penetrate into tissues to protect RNA. Its rapid protective effect ensures the accuracy of the downstream gene expression analysis results. The protected RNA was stored for 2 days at 37°C, 7 days at 18 – 25°C, 4 weeks at 2 – 8°C, and long-term storage at-20℃ or-80°C, even without repeated freeze-thaw RNA degradation. The tissue preserved by this product can be used for all subsequent experiments on RNA, including total RNA extraction, micro RNA extraction, mRNA extraction, etc.
Pre-experiment preparation and important precautions:
1. If the RNA sample storage solution in the tube is precipitated, please place it at 37℃ and use it after the precipitation is dissolved.
2. To save the tissue sample volume should be about 1 cm3, the maximum thickness of either side should not exceed 0.5 cm, if the thickness exceeds 0.5 cm, the sample preservation solution into the tissue samples will slow down, resulting in RNA degradation, then the tissue sample need to be chopped, make the thickness of either side of the tissue sample is less than 0.5 cm, and then the processed tissue block into the sample storage tube.
3. If the plant leaf tissue sample is used to save the tissue tube, the wax skin on the leaf surface should be destroyed, because the wax on the surface of the plant leaves makes it difficult for the sample preservation solution in the tube to fully penetrate into the tissue, and the wax tube can be preserved after the wax skin is destroyed.
