The CHO Residual DNA detection kit is a special kit for the quantitative detection of CHO host cell DNA in intermediate, semi-finished and finished products of various biological products. This kit was based on the real-time PCR platform, using the Taqman probe method to quantitatively detect the residual CHO DNA in the samples. Detection was convenient, fast and accurate, with no cross-reaction with any other biological genomes. The minimum detection limit can reach the fg level. The kit is complete with the CHO DNA quantitative reference product. The amplification reagent is equipped with an internal standard indication system to ensure the authenticity of the experimental results. This kit was used together with the cell residual DNA extraction kit of Kangwei Century to accurately quantify CHO residual DNA in samples.
